1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from A-Town Express.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may be subject to a fee equal to the full fare. Airport transfers and long-distance trips may require longer notice.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards. Gratuity is appreciated and may be added at your discretion.

4. Wait time

Complimentary wait time is included for airport pickups. Additional wait time beyond the included grace period may incur charges at our standard hourly rate.

5. Conduct & damages

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their reservation. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.

6. Liability

A-Town Express is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the fare paid for the affected trip.

7. Privacy

Information collected through reservation forms is used solely to arrange your transportation and to contact you about your booking. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
